About Us

Meet Jason

Jason Todd is an attorney who knows the system from every angle. He’s worked as a Public Defender, a Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney, and most recently, at a mid-sized litigation firm—all right here in the 24th Judicial District.

That broad experience gives him a practical edge: he understands how cases are built, how they’re tried, and most importantly, how to defend his clients effectively at every stage.

Outside the courtroom, Jason is deeply connected to his community. He and his wife of 18 years are raising their two kids in Central Virginia, where he coaches youth sports and volunteers his time on the boards of several local nonprofits.

Whether he’s representing a client in court or mentoring the next generation, Jason is driven by a simple belief: strong communities start with people who are willing to show up, speak up, and stand up for others.
